I’ve been taking part in the Zentangle a day challenge via the Mindful Creativity with Tangles Facebook group for a couple of months now. It provides 10 mins of intense focus and relaxation each day – I’ve found it as useful as a much longer period of mediation. Some of the tangles are a real challenge, others feel more natural – the trick is to just allow yourself to “go with the flow”. Check out the Facebook Group here.
